Patent-pending technology. Compared to many pea proteins on the market, Protein 2.0 has the highest solubility, smoothest and creamiest mouthfeel, and the least distractive flavor (not beany, earthy, grassy, or bitter).

Excellent sensory experience for finished products containing plant/pea proteins.
